Seasonal cleaning Starts at $70 per hour, depending on the size of the property.

Laundry and Bathrooms: 

Deep descaling. We rinse off all residue and leave the room dry. Toilets are not just cleaned inside, the wall behind, flooring and base are wiped and dusted. Bath towels are folded neatly. Floor mats are all hung separately (we do not mix them together) or placed over a clean hamper or basket. Our clean bathroom cloths are coloured blue and remain in a blue basket until used then returned to a separate blue linen bag.

Dining room and Kitchen: 

Deep descale, sanitisation and scratch free buff of sink/s and stove front/top.  A clean off all cupboard doors and horizontal surfaces including kitchen table, chairs, stools, in and under microwave. Any other bench top appliances will be wiped over as needed. Our kitchen cloths are colour coded green and remain in a green basket until used and returned to a separate green linen bag.

Bedrooms, Entry way and Lounge: 

Dusting and wipe over of all horizontal surfaces. Red colour coded cloths

Office:

 Dusting of clutter free flat surfaces, we never move or touch any paperwork, documents or computers. Your privacy is of upmost importance to us. Red colour coded cloths.

Our house services include a thorough full house vacuum and mop. Mopping of polished wooden floors are mopped with a separate protective cleaner to protect the original surface. We wet/dry mop click board flooring to prevent any moisture being left behind for to long. 

Carpets are vacuumed with a rotating carpet vacuum head to not just remove surface dirt but to also remove the deeper embedded particles for your health.:

Our cleans include cobweb removal and dusting of skirting boards plus a wipe over of light switches in all rooms.

Extras: These come with an additional fee or if you want them included we can package them in for you with a loyalty discount.

Air Conditioners: Surface and internal cleaning with gentle fibre cleaners, removal of filters to wash, disinfect and replace once dry and clean.

Ovens: We offer two services for ovens:

1. Is a standard refresh clean and wipeout of inside and then a scrub of the oven racks and glass.

2. Is a deep oven clean, We remove the oven door and all inside racks, unscrew any panels and clean inside as well as a detailed scrub on racks and all removed parts including the glass door.(we highly recommend this service once a year from normal households and  twice a year for larger family households) 

We recommend a deep oven cleaning once a year to eliminate harmful bacteria, prevent unpleasant odours, and maintain a safe, hygienic cooking environment. Grease, food residue, and carbon buildup can silently compromise both your health and your appliance’s performance: Our oven colour code is orange.

Inside Cupboards: 

We can package seasonal cleaning with decluttering and personal organising of most spaces. From a food pantry, freezers to a games or storage room cupboard. We all have that secret cupboard or draw/s that we are to scared to open anymore. This does include wiping out the cupboard and dusting of any items that may need it. While cleaning we can also wash anything that you want refreshed from linen in cupboards right up to the curtains and drapes in your rooms. 

Dusting of any antiques or ornamental surfaces we do not provide unless previously requested, this is so we take upmost care with your timeless keepsakes.

Colour coded cleaning practices: Our colours never mix together for transport or washing. All clean cloths are in colour coded baskets until used and then placed in a separate matching colour coded linen bag for transport back to the laundry. This is a service guarantee
